The Book They Didn’t Want Written

Seventh Circuit Scumbags is an upcoming book by Todd A. Dyer that examines what he describes as a disturbing intersection of judicial power, prosecutorial conduct, federal criminal procedure, and alleged civil-rights violations within the federal court system.

Centered around the Family Farmland RICO matter, the book follows Dyer’s firsthand account of litigation, appeals, attorney conduct, court filings, and events he believes reveal serious misconduct and institutional failure. Through documents, docket records, correspondence, and personal experience, Dyer presents a hard-edged narrative about accountability, due process, and the consequences that arise when those entrusted with justice are accused of abusing that trust.

The book is expected to explore allegations involving Seventh Circuit judges, prosecutors, and other participants, including claims tied to constitutional rights, criminal liability, and the federal civil-rights statutes under 18 U.S.C. §§ 241 and 242.

Written in the spirit of Zero Fear Whistleblower, this work is not intended as quiet commentary. It is a confrontational, evidence-driven account of one man’s fight to expose what he believes the official record has failed to confront.
